Edgerton House Restoration

 

 

A few months ago, Engineered Construction began a total restoration on a house damaged by a fire in Edgerton, WI. All that was saved were the concrete wall foundation of the house and the well pressure tank. With the hard work of our project manager, superintendent, and subcontractors, we were able to get this house restored to its original glory just in time for the holidays.

Dane County Humane Society

Engineered Construction just completed remodeling the Quarantine and Isolation areas for the Dane County Humane Society, 5132 Voges Rd, in Madison. The scope of work included demolition, plumbing, finish carpentry, and new epoxy flooring. DCHS was founded in 1921 and provides new beginnings to over 9,000 animals per year.

Turn Two Auto Repair

Engineered Construction recently completed work on a new 4,400 SF heated pre-engineered metal building for Turn Two Auto Repair located at 7984 County Hwy PD, Verona.  Turn Two was established in 1995 and is a full service automotive repair and maintenance shop. Engineered Construction has over 30 years of commercial construction experience and ensures that any project we carry out is completed with the utmost quality and high standards.

Engineering Industries – Phase Two

 

ECI has recently begun demolition for a new 13,375 sf pre-engineered building that will be built for Engineering Industries at 407 S Nine Mound Rd in Verona, WI. EI is a plastic injection molding services company that has been in business for over 50 years. This project is scheduled to be completed around the end of January, 2020. Engineered Construction previously worked with Engineering Industries in 2018 to complete an addition at their present location.

Kings Kids Academy

 

Engineered Construction recently finished repairs on a stone pillar at Kings Kids Academy, located at 8133 Mansion Hill Avenue in Madison. When there was an unfortunate car versus building incident, KKA contacted us through our 24/7 IRP (Immediate Response Program). We were able to work with the customer, the insurance company, our suppliers and subcontractors to complete the pillar repair in a timely manner.

Cap West

Engineered Construction just completed repairs at Capitol West Condominiums, 309 W. Washington Avenue in Madison.  Repairs included drywall, flooring and case work for 11 damaged units, and the 1st and 2nd floor common areas. Damages were caused by a water line break. EC has an Immediate Response Program (IRP), which puts us at your service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to all types of emergencies, including fire and water damage and catastrophic events such as tornadoes, wind and hail storms. In addition, we can assess concerns regarding mold asbestos remediation, lead testing and other environmental hazards.

Treehouse

 

Engineered Construction recently completed a demo and remodel for Treehouse (Formerly The Seventeenth Radish) in Verona. Treehouse offers clubs and camps for children to inspire learning, creativity, and problem-solving.

 

Novel Coworking

McKenna Reconstruction

 

Engineered Construction was hired to do the reconstruction of a partial collapse at an apartment building at 1202 McKenna Blvd in Madison. A load bearing wall had mistakenly been removed in the basement and caused the upper floors to collapse. Engineered Construction has extensive experience with restoration and offers an emergency response program that coordinates all contractors to complete the necessary work quickly and efficiently to get you back in your business or home in a timely manner.

 

 

 

The Klassik is now open following ECI’s remodel!

 

 

  

  

When a fire heavily damaged Dok’s Klassik Tavern in Verona, Engineered Construction’s fire mitigation team began the work of securing and cleaning up the areas affected by fire, smoke and water.

After the cleanup and demolition phases were complete, ECI began the remodel project which consisted of two restrooms, the lower level dining room and the upper level dining room. Upgrades were done to plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

The Klassic Tavern re-opened their doors August 21st!
